Communique adopted at the twenty-ninth meeting of the Cameroon-Nnigeria Mixed Commission

Yaoundé, 31 August 2012, The Cameroon-Nigeria Mixed Commission established pursuant to the Joint Communiqué adopted at the Summit Meeting between His Excellency Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon and His Excellency Olusegun Obasanjo, the then President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which took place in Geneva on 15 November 2002, in the presence of His Excellency Kofi Annan, then Secretary General of the United Nations, held its Twenty- Ninth Ordinary Meeting in Yaoundé from 30 to 31 August 2012. His Excellency Ambassador Saïd Djinnit, Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations, chaired the deliberations of the Mixed Commission. His Excellency Amadou Ali, Vice-Prime Minister of Cameroon, and Attorney-General Mohammed Bello Adoke of Nigeria led the delegations of Cameroon and Nigeria, respectively.
