Dakar, 21 May 2014 - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General for West Africa, Mr. Said Djinnit, expresses his profound outrage at, and condemns in the strongest terms, the double bombing attacks that occurred in a market in the city of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria, on 20 May 2014, resulting in the deaths of more than one hundred persons and scores of others injured.
