Dakar, 27 May 2014 – The Special Envoy for the Sahel, Mrs. Hiroute Guebre Sellassie, attended yesterday the Second Consultation Meeting on the ECOWAS Sahel Strategy, convened by the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in Abuja, Nigeria.
